ATTS Vietnam (Autotech) is honored to work with VinaSoy (Vietnam Soya Products Company), the largest supplier of soy milk products in Vietnam, in designing an automation system for VinaSoy Binh Duong factory. ATTS Vietnam (Autotech) has proudly contributed to bringing Vietnamese soy milk products closer to domestic and foreign consumers.

VinaSoy, which holds nearly 85% of the market share of soy milk nationwide (according to 2015’s Nielsen Vietnam Report), is one of them.

The Food & Beverage industry is one of three sectors on which ATTS Vietnam (Autotech) focuses to develop technical solutions. Among companies in the field of automation services, ATTS Vietnam (Autotech) has been chosen to be the trusted partner of VinaSoy. The project lasted for more than 1 year (January 2019 – April 2020). There were 2 senior engineers of ATTS Vietnam (Autotech) participating in programming, connecting, and testing robotic systems at Vinasoy Binh Duong factory.

ATTS provides optimized automation solutions for Vinasoy Binh Duong

With the new factory built in Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) 2A (Binh Duong), VinaSoy aims to diversify their soy milk products as well as develop other soy-based product lines such as tofu, cake, and snacks. At the same time, their key objective is to meet the demands of Southern Vietnam and international markets.

As a result, ATTS Vietnam’s (Autotech) automation solutions and robot programmings must improve the flexibility of the production line, streamline the product packaging process, boosting the overall productivity to timely meet the increasing demands.

Proud to be one among the leading automation solution providers in Vietnam, ATTS Vietnam (Autotech) has built an automation system that best suits VinaSoy’s needs. Specifically, ATTS Vietnam’s team has made plans for hardware selection, done offline programming, connected robotic-related equipment, completed dry-run test, ex-works test, test with real parts, modified robot programming, and supported the real production process.  ATTS Vietnam’s (Autotech) program has minimized time spent as well as increased accuracy and uniformity for the packaging and transportation stages.

Vinasoy Binh Duong factory is considered one among top 5 largest soy milk factories in the world today, equipped with advanced machinery and equipment. With automation solutions designed by ATTS, the production system here is upgraded and optimized, being able to meet the high demand of the market.

The current estimated productivity of Vinasoy Binh Duong factory is 180 million liters per year, raising the total capacity of the company to 390 million liters, supplying nearly 2 billion products to Vietnamese consumers in one year. These figures proved the effectiveness of the production line, in which the automation system provided by ATTS Vietnam (Autotech) has made significant contributions.

During the VinaSoy Binh Duong project, ATTS Vietnam (Autotech) felt extremely proud to be involved in Vinasoy’s long-term strategy. At last, ATTS Vietnam (Autotech) hopes that VinaSoy will take full advantage of the great investment in this production line for the Southern Vietnam market in particular and promote a healthier lifestyle in Vietnam in general.
